All data collected from you is subject to data protection laws, stored accordingly, and scientifically evaluated in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Your identity remains confidential.

Only authorized employees may and can read and/or edit your data. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

The study results are published without direct personal identification. This means that the results do not reveal which individual provided the information. For detailed information, please refer to the individual consent forms for each specific study.

We will gladly inform you about new twin studies. You can decide separately for each study whether or not you wish to participate. You can withdraw your consent to be included in the registry at any time.
